We know what day it is… but this one is no joke.
Today we’re celebrating the incredible paraprofessionals who are the heartbeat of our schools. On every campus, in every hallway, and inside so many classrooms, paraprofessionals are showing up in ways that keep everything moving forward.
They are the calm in the chaos.
The extra set of hands.
The steady presence students count on.
From supporting learning in real time to building relationships that help students feel safe, seen, and successful, paraprofessionals play a role that simply cannot be replaced. So much of what they do happens behind the scenes, but their impact is felt everywhere.
