11/04/25- Ongoing Display Issue for Some Users
A small number of users are still experiencing the same display issue first reported on 10/27/25. This is caused by older versions of the site being cached on certain devices. If you are seeing the “sign up for the First Five” prompt covering the daily, scrollable content, please try the following based on your device:
💻 Laptop (Windows): Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R
💻 Laptop (Mac): Press Command + Shift + R
💻 Chromebook: Press Ctrl + Shift + R or clear browsing data from Settings → Privacy → Clear Browsing Data
📱iPad /iPhone (Safari): Go to Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data
📺 Promethean Board or Smart Panel: Clear browser cache in the built-in app or follow the steps linked here: https://support.prometheanworld.com/s/article/2327?language=en_US

10/30/25- Server Down
Some users reported gateway errors and temporary server downtime. The issue has been resolved, and all systems are now fully operational.

A display issue was reported on daily First Five pages. The issue was linked to recent site updates made on 10/24/25 and was identified as a local caching problem.To fix this, please perform a hard refresh of your browser to load the most recent version of the site:
Windows: Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Press Command + Shift + R
